The owner approached me with the challenge of updating and renovating a turn-of-the century residential home into a commercial office space, which included ADA accessibility issues.

The challenge was to incorporate ADA compliance and access, while maintaining the historical integrity of the home. This was accomplished, resulting in an authentic renovation that restored this home to its original beauty and represents the traditional Midway style with its painted red brick exterior and gingerbread details.
